INFINITY INDUSTRIAL PARK AS AT 2014

The general process included approving the Infinity Industrial Park proposed project for initiation and further development. This process aimed at confirming that the project is feasible and environmental friendly, see the approvals below:


  1. Certificate of Incorporation for Infinity Industrial Park issued on 30th January 2014.
  2. National Environment Management Authority (NEMA). The Environment management and co-ordination ACT issued on 24th July 2014.
  3. Investment certificate issued on 17th October 2014 by the Kenya Investment Authority.
  4. Land title deed in favour of our company. Infinity Industrial Park Ltd issued by the Ministry of Lands on 19th April 2011.
  5. Approval of development permission and the change of user issued on 14th Nov 2014 by the Director, city planning and Architecture department.
  6. Land acquisition – Completed
  7. Engagement of consultants – Ongoing
  8. Roads, storm water, sewer, water and electrical reticulation design and approval – Completed
  9. Industrial park plot subdivisions – Completed
  10. Topographical and cadastral survey – Completed
  11. Temporary borehole drilling and commissioning – Completed
  12. Boundary wall construction – 80 % Completed
  13. Temporary police post including accommodation – Completed
  14. Temporary electricity – Completed
  15. NEMA approval (License No. NEMA/EIA/PSL/332) – Completed
  16. Change of user approval – Completed
  17. Acquisition of Investment Certificate (No. 0484) – Completed
  18. Our Site topographical and cadastral survey – Completed
  19. Various licenses and approvals acquired by Infinity Industrial Park Ltd Certificate of Incorporation, Investment certificate, NEMA, establishment of police post, approval of development permission, Kenya Investment Authority – Completed
  20. Project team already on board – Completed
  21. Design, drawings, BOQ – Completed
  22. Drawings approval – Completed
  23. Recruitment of key personnel – Ongoing
  24. Main access road from eastern bypass to the site – Contract awarded by KURA.
